More about Benidorm

The sun always shines on the white sands of Benidorm and its infinite beaches. From relaxation to swimming, fun and games to a vibrant night life, Benidorm has an excellent range of facilities and attractions to suit everyone, including a sailing school and several international diving centres.

Parallel to Benidorm old-town centre and sheltered by Mount Canfali, lies the small cove of Mal Pas, opposite the Isle of Benidorm, which is a paradise for diving enthusiasts. Thanks to its lush seabed, this area has been declared a marine nature reserve.

Benidorm also means people and the people are one of its main features. Not only do the local inhabitants celebrate their own holidays but those of the foreign residents too! In the evening Benidorm is transformed into an international Fiesta.

Buying a gift or simply a souvenir of your visit can become an exciting adventure, as there are over 1.500 shops, the majority of which, are concentrated in Benidorm new-town.

The nearest airport to the Costa Blanca is El Altet, in Alicante, from where a cab to Benidorm will cost approximately £45.
